Jim Beam
30% Aloe Vera gel & 70% metho or isopropal alcohol. Toss in a few drops of tea tree oil, and a drop of lavender oil per 100ml.
Otherwise, just get normal hand soap and blend it 3:7 with metho.

I'm moderately stressed about closures and downturn. One piece of advice given on the podcast GarnerSmash shared was that everyone who can adequately work from home should be.
The Chinese and Iranians are pointing the fingers at the yanks..I have wondered if it was a deliberate release of some low level thing to get people off the street in HK.
It's probably unlikely...
...but 6 months ago the world had anti austerity anti neoliberal riots everywhere. I wonder how many of the leaders of those riots end up dead of "corona virus." Version lead.

The kitchen I'm in employs casuals from Nepal, Columbia, NZ, and S.Korea. They don't have access to any welfare (that I'm aware of) if I have to cut shifts or close up shop.. and my work has suggested that any self quarantine period must be unpaid or use annual leave, until a medical professional confirms I am sick, which isn't ideal as I used my leave in January and have just started to get a few steps ahead financially.
Im hopeful things can be contained but it'll be an interesting few months regardless.
Just got back from a holiday in Queenstown NZ. Was only over there for 8 days. No confirmed cases on The South Island of NZ. Done a bit of touring on a few packed buses and boats....obviously with a wide array of internationals who’d more than likely travelled from every which way.
Travelled through Sydney then domestically within NSW, last couple of days of the trip had a bit of a tickle in my throat. Flew home and got the usual sinus/ear soreness that I regularly get when flying.
Still have the slight tickle in my throat, no other real symptoms.
None of this would usually bother me but considering the travel I thought I’d try to contact the NSW helpline and you literally can’t get through. Literally on hold for 3 hours before it just hung up.
Not really sure what to do, and the media hype/frenzy is leading to a dash of anxiety.
