No emotion just fact, he is the worst statesman and one of the worst Presidents that that country has produced, no doubt about that in my mind. I am only disappointed that the Democrats don't seem to have any good candidates to take him on.

I wouldn't be so sure about this year's election result. A leader has no better time to command the public stage and improve their perception than a crisis. It was Winston Churchill who coined the phrase "never let a good crisis go to waste". Trump has wasted this crisis with his appalling leadership and constant lies. Trump did get a Covid19 bounce in his approval rating from the low 40's to the highish 40's. Governor Cuomo as a point of comparison has seen his approval rating rise from low 40's into the 70's despite being the Governor of the worst hit state in the US. As the months roll on the death toll from Covid19 in the US is likely to pass 50,000 and the economy will be in a deep recession.

No President since WW2 has won reelection with poll numbers where Trump's are, even after the bounce, and no President has been reelected for 120 years while the USA is in recession. I think Joe Biden will end up winning quite comfortably.

Some horrendous cultural practices in China created a disease that was purposely overloo(k)ed by an authoritarian government and used that influence within the WHO.

Once it got to the US, it was mismanaged by the worst government in a long time. All parties have responsibility.

My radar may be slightly out of whack, but I am sensing an over investment of emotion with regard to this topic and this poster.

1) A bat, dog or cow being slaughtered for meat all experience similar deaths.
2) There is no proof to support purposeful negligence, this is just your biased hunch.
3) Your claims of U.S. governmental mismanagement have still not brought forward any proof with regard to the crucial scientific advisory aspects that are required to make out this claim, so again, this is just your biased hunch.

No Trump actually didn't. His health advisors were pushing for a travel ban and Trump resisted because of trade agreement negotiations before he agreed, making the USA the 49th country to implement such a measure.

As for Chinese propaganda, that is just a moronic claim. What you have done is completely swallowed Trump propaganda. No one is suggesting that China is not the root cause of the problem but every country and leader in the world has had to respond to that set of circumstances. Not listening to intelligence reports is just one example of how Trump's response to this has been the worst of any developed nation.

Then we must provide a more humane, hygienic and viable resource in its place. There's no room for rainbows & unicorn level bullshit here, nor is there room for judgemental finger pointing and pontificating. Get live stock in to these areas, make it cost effective and implement/fund proper hygienic practices.

The animal rights loony's, who usually jump up and down about any animal slaughter, must shut their mouths and go along with this as a part of a long term strategy, but unfortunately I don't think they have the political maturity to achieve it.

First off, calling it the Hendra virus is racist. How dare they.

Can we cull the bats? I’d advise against eating them.

2) China has the capacity to feed the poor. They just don’t care about them. Make China look after them by enforcing cleaner standards. The wet markets are illegal so they could start by cracking down on them.
