Ffs. Seriously. And he has to quarentine for that. To spite the fact he is an AFL player and his job is to keep fit. He is also asymptomatic in a state without it.
This false concern about health is a Trojan horse. Stuff like vaccination passes and health passports are used to store data and track/spy on you. Social credit is a way of keeping track silencing dissent and minimising opposition.

Exactly it's all well and good to pontificate over Marxist writings. And from his union perspective his arguments have merit.
But to take this and turn it into some ****ed up nightmare of compliance is evil. Identify politics 101. Take an obscure even boring topic and turbo charge it to a cult.
Marx =how do we best deal with surplus produce and income inequality vs a ****ed up government system of control of who decides who has what and how you live.
Climate change=how do we deal with a changing climate. You just want jobs, your a green nut vs Trump, your a facist etc
How do we deal with a mild if new and contagious virus=Create a ****ed up nightmare where everyone is tracked and traced have basic liberties suspended at a whim use "scientific" arguments that are illogical to strike up fear, have citizens turn on each other and volla you have what you want. Also add the arrogance of thinking you can somehow control a virus through inconsistent ridiculous politics and play God with it.

In the late 80’s Hawke & Keating floated the idea of an Australia Card. Everyone was deadset against it. What has changed in 30 odd years that people are so willing and keen to give up their personal freedoms and privacy?

He was in quarantine (having travelled from interstate) and now has to start again I'd imagine. But that's club enforced. The delivery guys don't have to do jack s**t.

I'm not really into conspiracy theories and the like, but seeing a nice stock of toilet paper in the bunker of a doomsday prepper on tv while we were in the midst of the toilet paper wars in Melbourne made me think they know something I don't.

Id love to see unneeded greed like bezos taken out of society but where do you draw the line on what someone can keep? Who decides what we can earn. UBI will never happen and its the single dumbest idea man has ever come up with

This "reset" requires our current elites giving up their multiple mansions, commercial property, private jets etc. It isnt happening. Why would they do it

Dunno. I think a real safety net meant for its intended purpose would literally drive innovation through the roof. You either have faith in humanity or not. UBI vote yes.

I'm up for a real debate. Let's go. UBI vs Survival of the fittest. Take your positions and society votes. Debate away.
But one thing we need to agree on is humanity wins.
