With Garner, you'd think that medical opinion would have needed to have been that he is over the his hammies and is ready to have a full preseason. I am not a doctor, but that sounds highly improbable to me. Unless you're Carey or a proven game-changer, you just can't be carried if you can't train, let alone play on regular basis. We kept Garner ahead of Wood, despite our forward line having huge holes in it.
