Why respects? Nothings happened has it?

No, nothing has happened but I just found out that in 2003 Dr Knighty won his age group for World Powerlifting Championships.

What a legend.

"Take the pie I'm eating..."

"Your shoulders are as wide as mine, Elle you are just my kind"

"I'm a vegetarian and you're a piece of meat"

"Go driving pick up a ****, start up the chainsaw and cut her up"

Knighty lived in Footscray for a few years and worked at Footscray hospital. Didnt even know he was into power lifting.

"I wanna be like David Lee Roth, I wanna great big 20 inch ****, I wanna great big rubber nose, I wanna get round in them pantyhose"

" Youre only 19 I'm a has-been"

" Ya outta the band"

He sure did, he worked with me as an orderly but tended to mainly be rostered in the operating theatre !! This was in the days when the band was known as 'Spring Plains'.

Was a pretty handy footballer too, always played for the hospital team when there was a social match on.

I'm sure they were called CS in 1989 when I can remember Rossy living in Footscray. He might have been working at the hospital when they were Spring Plains but he was still there after as well(If that makes any sense at all).

They were Spring Plains up until Phil Wales left, is that right?

I don't recall Phil Wales being in the Plains but he did join Harem Scarem in 1984. Spring Plains were only in existence in 1983-84, The Psychos actually started after that in '85. Bill Walsh the drummer is another of my 'claims to fame', played under-age footy with him.

I remember Ross asking me to come to a Spring Plains gig one night and he didn't warn me what I was in for. Fairly full-on assault on the ear drums, no shortage of energy whatsoever.

I'm certain that Phil was in Spring Plains. Dont know what Dirty was doing at this time.

Keeping up the Footscray theme I worked with Phil at the CES in Footscray for for a couple of years in the mid-80s. One night we ran into Bill Walsh and they were talking about it.

Played for Kyneton up until a few years ago, mostly in the twos.

Was apparently very generous to the club. I happened to be at a home game a few years back and had a look into the change rooms, which had a sign about the gym equipment and weights - "Donated by Ross Knight".

Which got me thinking - all of that cash I forked out on Psychos records probably contributed to the muscles on the bloke who wanted to smack me in the mouth at the Kyneton pub on that very night when I was drinking with Knighty.

How many degrees of seperation would that make it?

I used to go there a bit but got sick of the "Sorry mate - full house". I think it was because I didn't fit the RNR stereotype. If you don't fit their image they don't let you.It started to **** me. so I started to go to the Tote front bar and play the Jukebox and play "Can't come in".
