IMHO, Selwood is ahead of everyone on that list, and I don't think he will ever be overtaken...

The fact that Selwood is rated along side players like Judd, Mitchell, Kerr, Ablett, Bartel, Black and other great midfielders during his second year shows how far in front of everyone on that list he is.

I agree that Selwood has just become a massive star and only in his 2nd season.

I think Cotchin can be just as good as Joel in his 2nd year. But that is speculation atm, and we'll have to wait until he actually does it.

But I also recognise that to be as good as, or better than Joel Selwood, you would pretty much have to be better than Judd at the same age.

I'm just grateful that Trent is being compared to the elite of the elite on a daily basis

IF he turns out to be worse than Selwood, then he will stil be better than everyone else

But it will be interesting to see how good he will be.
