Could we do a 2016 Dogs?

We could have beaten every team we played apart from the Crows. We need to make the 8 and hopefully top 4. If we played the Crows here we'll be a much better chance.

The answer to our small hole in the forward line :)

No trouble with him having a go, but to pitch him in his first season for the MASSIVE hole in our forward line and call him an answer - at best he's a suggestion without a lot of confidence:cool:

Anything is possible. Bulldogs had a lot of bad luck with injuries last year, but some good luck at the pointy end of the season. We have been in winning positions on all but one of our games this year. But we absolutely need a tall to help Jack come finals. Would be great if Griffiths was 100 injury free and played some games as he did against the Swans last year.

The sooner we play him there the quicker he will provide a good option
Ah, the sooner we play him the sooner we will know if he is ready to take another large step.

Basically we would need no injuries (Griff, Conca, Vlas all back) and everyone to play close to their best throughout Sept. (and make it to begin with)

We battle on well enough but are still a step down in class to pull off a miracle imo, we need the first rounders like Cellis, Bolton and Lennon to go full potential and bridge the gap.

I think we are a mid and forward short of being a contender this year.
