Personally I never understood the whole rigamarole with his statement...whats he going to say "Sorry drugs are bad,M'kay... I am sorry I was naughty" who really cares & what relevence does it have to anything. Hes got nothing to apologise for as far as I can see, if everyone had to apologise for being a D*ckhead we would never get anything done plus an apology doesnt mean anything if its just said because you are told to,

It has been alleged I have a substance abuse problem and I am here to confirm that is the case. What that consists of will stay private and I hope you respect my privacy in dealing with this matter. I accept these issues have affected my professional life and accept that the WCE have made choices in regards to my playing future. My concern is with getting myself over my issues and becoming a better person.

I would like to ask the media to respect my privacy and to let me take the time in rehab without the intrusion of cameras and continous questions and interruptions.

Once again thanks to all the supporters who stuck by me, I know you all want the best for me and so do I , and I will be back kicking goals for the WCE
