Tige listens to Alan Jones, hates politicians and is in the fitness industry. I believe those 3 are in the top 10 for "Things Bogans Like". Great website btw.
Articulates the whinging progressive cry babies to a tee, he triggers all the left and it’s brilliant. Nothing more entertaining than seeing snowflakes lose their collective minds, I’m sure you fit right in with that cohort dorky.

finds enjoyment in misery, is that in the top 10?

Those saying the BLM protests had no affect Just remember that you dont have to divulge information on where you've been (for contact tracing). Combine this with the fact that the regions where this second wave started are known for their somewhat radical leftism, and what do you get?

The second impact is from returning travellers (mainly Indians- and I'm married to an Indian before anyone gets up in arms). Culturally, you return from even a weekend away and everyone has to see you. With India having tested barely 1% of their population, but estimates at up to 35% being infected, you dont need to have a PhD to realise what could have happened. Then you've got the ones that may cross over. People who didn't properly isolate after returning who also attended the rally

make your mind up? Is it ‘woke’ people at the rally or ‘asians’

Indian people at BLM rally about indigenous lives? Just cos you guys associate all the things that trigger you in your mind, doesn’t mean those groups actually associate themselves.

For the first time in a long time i saw an ABC Presenter ( PK ) rip into a Labor premier on ABC breakfast today... Interesting to hear the accusation that the failure of procedures in hotel lockdown has caused this outbreak - Andrews was contrite, and accepting of blame..

No mention of only the Victorian BLM or the Belt and Road being the cause?

Karl went hard at him but I didn’t see him accept it was his mistake or governments mistake, he deflected by saying the inquiry will determine what went wrong.

The Tumour of Australian Media.

Frequently sued successfully for libel, fueled an actual race riot in Sydney and has brow beaten a generation of NSW and Federal politicians. In his greatest act of hypocrisy, however, he has downplayed COVID-19 to his faithful listeners while hiding away in his home studio in the southern highlands. So brave.

His tactic is not dissimilar to many posters in this site: doesn’t matter if you’re right if you say it repeatedly through a megaphone.

The only upside to Joneses media career is that it removed him from the boarding houses of elite private schools. Sixteen year old rugby players could breath a sigh of relief.

Hahaha good on you Messenger, good on you lad.

PS. I’ll give you weekly ratings updates for you, I’m not sure he’s bothered to much by a BF mod.

NSW has built a wall and want Victoria to pay for it

NSW calls on Victoria to pay for border closure as lockdown returns

Spot on.

It’s not just radical leftism, check ABS to get stats on religious, cultural and ethnic backgrounds on those living in North Melb, Flem and Kensington. Do you think it served their interests to attend BLM? People tend to bury their heads, to me it seems quite logical to connect some basic dots. The jigsaw isn’t hard.
In your heart of hearts Tige19 you would be aware that the threat of fining every individual who attends a demonstration, will have zero effect as a deterrent to those intent on attending. Andrews was being pragmatic.

There's enough to fill the upcoming enquiry without roping in all the things some posters desperately want to be connected

My heart of hearts tells me that if the premier said "There is a very real probability that IF YOU ATTEND THE RALLY YOU WILL BE FINED as per my instructions to the Police Commissioner" then that would have deterred people, further to that, when people started to congregate it should have been followed through with and fines should have been issued. The whole thing was a farce, most people have no idea what they are actually marching for, it's a follow the leader mentality and a chance for many of societies misfits and outcasts to feel like they belong to something. Reality is, a large % of those who attended are stains to society who bleed taxpayers dry.

No other premier did that. At that time a second outbreak wasn't evident anywhere and Andrews was being criticized mainly for opening restrictions up too slowly.
He did appeal to people not to go, and the organizers were fined.

Well played with the persistence though

PS you can go golfing mate

Was your last line approved by the bigfooty legal team?

Creep

the reality is this outbreak could've (and still might) happened in any other state and blaming the government is unhelpful and accomplishes nothing other than unjustifiably vindicating people's pre-conceived notions about certain politicians

the reality is Dan Andrews (by the way do people really think he personally makes the decisions? lol), Gladys, ScoMo etc. have all taken the advice of scientists and health officers which has been proven to be the best thing to do and our government should be commended for being in a position to be worrying about an outbreak of ~200 instead of something twenty times that number, like we are seeing in a certain other country

Your first point I ask you to draw a Venn diagram. Now, assuming you understand year 9 basic mathematics (actually, I think it's introduced earlier now), you'll see there can in fact be a cross section that fall into both categories.

Indian people trigger me? Now you're taking the p155 mate. My wife is Indian. If anything, I would have a better idea about the lives of that demographic given, shockingly, I live with them.
Also, they have the same view, because, surprisingly, they live in that culture.

So youd have a good idea about how many Indian people were alt the australian BLM protests? id like to see even your basic venn diagram cos in my less 'Indian' mind I'd say its negligable.
Id love to be corrected but I don't think many of the residents of those state towers (for example) looked like BLM woke types.

This is not a comment for or against any group or movement, just simply stating they probably arent the same people

Note. it was you who brought up the indian thing. I didn't think they were the main minority affected with the current outbreak, I'm just going on your knowledge/lead

note 2 you can argue without the "year 9 maths" personal insults: way back when I was at high school venn was 'new fangled' stuff

The Stamford was not a designated 'hot' hotel. Yet they had infected passengers staying there. To my knowledge, there has been no breach from a 'hot' hotel.

The inquiry has it's work cut out trying to find what went wrong.

No one dished out fines in this country mate. Same when the right wing anti vax nuts were protesting the weeks before.

As for the quarantine stuff, he's taken some heat for that, which he should. But fu** me, you could forgive the guy for trusting security people not to shag the sick people you are quarantining. I mean, surely this doesn't require advanced training....
Have you lived on this planet? Have you never encountered some of the rock apes and dullards employed in the security industry? (apologies to those security people who are do not fit this description but if you don’t surely you have worked with people who match this description).
Yet many of these guards reported getting all of three minutes training! Who was supervising them! How was the state government doing their due diligence since March? No I don’t forgive them. This sort of regulation and governance should be their bread and butter.

What I find absolutely bizarre is that people on this forum are still trying to dig in and defend this premier when he is responsible for one of the greatest stuff ups in the states history.

So the problem was
Either no room in the hot hotels ?
Still waiting for transfer if there was room ?

The virus still needed a way to get out and that required someone not infected to come in contact with someone who was

Are you suggesting they don’t know what went wrong?

I think they do
