I can now tell you that the turn around for a Corona test is indeed 48 hrs.
Result: Negative

Just a reminder to you all when you start spouting shit that this thing has a face and impacts real people
and when you start talking about acceptance of deaths I might have been one of them.

Yeah the nose is one of those "exit only" holes if you ask me

Mate of mine had the COVID 19 test ended up negative, but positive for influenza A.

As they said could have done without the joy of COVID 19 test.

Well we're completely f’ed then. ScoMo will no doubt manage to convey his messages just about as clearly as he did during lockdown which is to say not at all
I'm a liberal voter at heart (which was murder when I went to arts school in the heart of Melbourne where people walked in shirts that said "You say Commie like it's a bad thing") and I couldn't even vote for that pea heart.

Much prefer Albo he gets up in parliament during the COVID 19 crisis and asks for more funding for the ABC. Ignore the unemployed and focus on those with safe government jobs.

Has he ignored the unemployed?

He may assume voters are capable of coping with more than one topic in their minds at once.

Dangerous assumption, I know.

Nothing to do with assumptions. Check Hansard minutes.
That‘s the problem when you make assumptions it simply means you believe things are certain with little or no evidence.

dude you understand that albo can walk and chew gum right ?

You understand the point that in one hansard discussion he says protect the abc and in another he says protect the arts community and in another he says protect the unemployed and in anopther he says protect businesses. No doubt we could say he only cares about the unemployed and not the arts community.

This is a (hopefully) once in a hundred year event. We all bear the risks of the event and appropriately we all bear the costs associated with the event. And it isn't inappropriate if it is a once in a hundred year event that the costs be imposed on future generations as it is a risk imposed on this generation and will impact it disproproportionately.

This doesnt mean that we dont continue to worry about the future of media in this country post this event. The continued slow death of the print industry is leaving journalism and information gathering and dissemination in trouble. Nothing has changed in this respect in relation to free to air tv. it too is under pressure and will continue to be. channel 10 is basically stuffed.

If I was all of you I would be giving big thought to the future of league football. The game is currently driven by tv dollars. We are going to see (or close enough to it) a hastening of the long demise of pay TV. ordinary tv is equally stuffed as advertising dollars will have dried up in this period. no doubt this is behind the thinking of the afl - the days of never ending tv rights funding sporting codes are gone. It'll be really interesting whats next in a market which is constrained by 4 states and 2 states with broad but superficial interest.

I daresay there's more to Albanese's utterances on the unemployed than merely what's in Hansard.

And my assumption was to do with the intelligence of voters, not with what I believe or don't believe to be the case on a given subject.

(That's the problem when you make assumptions. You need to check you're talking about the same thing as the poster you're replying to. ;))

Have you not watched the interviews where blatant lies now go unchallenged & unchecked?

Don’t get me wrong I don’t care either way

sky seems peddle mostly ultra conservative shit
No I have to admit I gave up on the abc mostly so it could be different this year
