A bunch of factors. Massive break, small training groups, lack of contact training, hubs and altered travel routines, less support staff... hard to imagine that the quality of the game wasn't going to suffer considering all the compromises and regulations that have changed the season. Some football is better than no football, though.

Obviously I must have missed something here because I'm not quite sure where swansfan51 math was "lacking"...

If Connor has taken 3 tests and takes another test that is negative then that equals 4 tests in total for a result of 2 positive & 2 negative... So there was a suggestion to do a "best of 7" to determine the result of the current tie-breaker.

The Berejiklian government has banned Victorians in coronavirus hotspots from crossing the border into NSW, with those who disobey risk $11,000 fines and six months in jail.

The NSW government has banned people from the 10 hotspot postcodes in Victoria from entering the state.

Just takes one person with no symptoms walking around doing their thing, not showing any symptoms and we're all at risk... again. How many people do you come into contact with in a regular week?

Despite the just cause for protest, it was against the covid 19 laws for mass gatherings, yet no one received a fine.

It is unjust that other citizens of this country copped fines for breaching the same rules, throughout this pandemic.
