Touched down in Brisbane today, work trip.

Visiting the Norman Hotel. It's renown for its steaks and the place is proudly famous for being the worst vegetarian restaurant in the world. :) Sorry Walt.

jathanas is back stripping

the pensioners stuff his Dreamworld G-banger
He was born a couple of decades too late. Back before Victoria had pokies, he would have been a sensation greeting the pensioner buses that made their way to Tocumwal.

for a moment i was wondering about this new form of stripping called "back stripping" but realised it couldnt be unless it involved ottoman , a whipper snipper, and a gallon of olive oil.

You're confusing stripping with wrestling. Otto is an athlete, not a cheap entertainer.

And there used to be busloads of them, every day.
Because back then it was real entertainment.
Cheap or free bus trip, cheap food, $20 at most lost to the pokies.
But how much enjoyment were those machines? No loading up a machine. You had to manually put your 5 cents, or 20 cents in each and every pull of the handle.
Thats right, “ pull of the handle”. It gave you a sense of control. Pull it fast, pull it slow, pull it until it was just on the brink of releasing the wheels.
It was fun and time consuming for a small outlay.
Times have changed.

Yeah, the old one armed bandits, one coin at a time, only paid out on 1 reel. They were fun compared to these modern money eating digital monstrosities.
