op 20 in the betting (Sportsbet Market) and my preliminary comment

1. Russian Camelot $12.00 who knows. in any other year would give it none but its untapped although i think its unders
2. Verry Elleegant $12.00 needs it wet. chance if so
3. Master Of Wine $12.00 The cups
4. Fierce Impact $15.00 The Craven A stakes or whatever they call the race this year (1600m group 1 at Flem in november)
5. Kolding $15.00 Seymour Cup
6. Magical $15.00 meh average overseas horse we have seen. marginal chance
7. Melody Belle $15.00 If wet big hope
8. Regal Power $15.00 As good a chance as any. WA horses fly over here
9. Funstar $15.00 Gone $100s pop
10. Alligator Blood $17.00 I feel like he will have 2 lead up runs and fail and then retire
11. Arcadia Queen $21.00 Overs if it has the right preperation and doesnt aim for the sprints like last year
12. Colette $21.00 MAy sneak a country cup. No
13. Kings Legacy $21.00 I have no clue who this horse is
14. Kings Will Dream $21.00 Average WFA horse. ran 7th last year so may place but doubt it
15. Vow And Declare $21.00 Needs further
16. Dalasan $26.00 Country cups
17. Django Freeman $26.00 Galleywood Hurdle
18. Harbour Views $26.00 Ballarat Class 6 on cup day
19. Magic Wand $26.00 Ran ok last year. big overs
20. Mystic Journey $26.00 Way overs, should be top 3 in the betting as ran really well last year, if it was 1800m i would declare her this far out but the last 200ms the worry

Te AKau Shark out for the spring. Where for art though Avilicat???? i need you for the lols

1. Russian Camelot $12.00 utter poi poi - last SA Derby winner to even complete the race?
2. Verry Elleegant $12.00 - flogged last year - enough said
3. Master Of Wine $12.00 - would be lucky to win a Cox Stakes
4. Fierce Impact $15.00 maybe if it was a 1600m handicap and he was on the minimum with a 3kg apprentice on
5. Kolding $15.00 Seymour Cup - agree

6. Magical $15.00 would win by 5-10 lengths but won't come
7. Melody Belle $15.00 super keen at Flemington but the Valley doesn't shape as if it will suit
8. Regal Power $15.00 Rolled by Fifty Stars with every possible in the Oz Cup - no
9. Funstar $15.00 Needs mares Grade
10. Alligator Blood $17.00 800m too long
11. Arcadia Queen $21.00 Found out last year as a complete fraud
12. Colette $21.00 MAy sneak a country cup. No - agree with Heath
13. Kings Legacy $21.00 I have no clue who this horse is - agree with Heath
14. Kings Will Dream $21.00 Very poor mans Humidor - I wouldn't take $21 on him completing the event
15. Vow And Declare $21.00 Maybe if it was a 4000m handicap, he was on the minimum with a 3kg apprentice, and they walked
16. Dalasan $26.00 Very poor mans Durbridge
17. Django Freeman $26.00 Galleywood Hurdle after being balloted out
18. Harbour Views $26.00 Ballarat Class 6 on cup day - agree

19. Magic Wand $26.00 Ran ok last year. big overs
20. Mystic Journey $26.00 Well held last year with every possible when she was going much better

Now that noms are in and you don't get a refund there is seriously nothing I would touch here. If forced to bet I would probably take Melody Bell - if you are taking any of the prices in bold you should be tried at Nuremberg for war crimes.

3 year olds. Tagaloa???

Tagaloa will be lucky to win a RACE this Spring imho let alone get a start in this.

If you want to back a 3yo in the Cox Plate you need to be looking at Derby horses not 2yo squibs

Japanese Bred so might get the distance. Will need to see how it comes back. I wouldn't write off any 3yo with class this year but i doubt there is one yet, the 2yo's were terrible last year
Good advice gents. Probably just back Harbour views and hope the plate is held on the Ballarat all weather track.

The kiwis have done good 4yos who hopefully can cross the ditch. Jennifer Eccles, Dragon Leap & Two Illicit

Priced on post Golden Shower hype

I don't think I've seen a worse 'black type' form race ever. Classique Legend's win the other day was only the SECOND win to come out of the race - Fasika was the other one.

Probably to be expected when you set up a race for 4yos to soft to compete in open company.

The fact Sunlight came 2nd over the distance said enough for me
