His record speaks for its self now after locking up another minor premiership.
Our VFL record was awful before he came back to Tigerland.
Its amazing his name hasnt been mentioned as a potential senior AFL coach with the jobs going around atm.
It wouldnt surprise me if he did get a senior gig soon

Nothing flies under the radar these days in AFL footy...reckon a few will be watching him come the VFL GF day and it's result!
Think everyone knows within AFL circles how good he is at VFL level.Seems strange his name hasn't come up for a senior gig.

Very very good coach, and central to the emergence of the Richmond depth.

I do wonder how long before someone offers him a senior assistant, or even senior coach role.

Normally you'd put your house on him taking up a spot in our coaching panel with Caracella defecting but would it be to our detriment taking him out of that development role in the seconds? Tough one.
What about promoting Fly to the spot BC left and getting Grigg in as Fly's replacement?!?

If Grigg's serious about going down that path then what an opportunity that would be! Probably needs to do a few coaching course before getting the nod as a minimum though.
