Hopefully he's our next President, nothing against Ed but a change is due in the next few years.
Why is a change due ? dont confuse our on field issues with our off field. The club is flying off field all thanks to Ed. The club is about to hit 80k members, we have our own show on foxtel and looking to have our own channel in the near future and financially we are killing it. I hope he stays on for many more years to come, he is the reason the club is where it is now. I dare say it will be a long time before hes voted out.

Ed had a Massive Say on the MM to Bucks as Head Coach thing and that has not worked out well. Yes it got us the 2010 Flag but been down hill fast after that

Mick was never going to be the hero, just because we went back to back making the grand final didn't mean it was going to happen again in 2012.
Players have form slumps and motivational hurdles you cant just blame Ed for everything. I liked Mick alot and i wish he never left but it was his choice.
Don't forget mate, Mick helped us lose that granny when he left Reid on Hawkins instead of moving Taz across to him. Everyone makes mistakes.

I think everyone is a little touchy because of the way we have been playing.
I understand people want an answer for the poor form, we have become custom to seeing the pies win so often that we feel heads must roll when we don't win.

Ed himself has been quoted numerous times as saying that he believes that his time will eventually end as President and he'll be satisfied to hand the reigns over as long as the "right person" is there to replace him. He won't be voted out, that I agree with.

I'm not being critical of Ed at all, just saying that eventually a change will be made and I believe Craig Kelly is the next man to take over as the President.

You have to remember that the CEO runs the club, the CEO and the administration are in charge of the day to day operations at the club and the President is just the chief of an elected board that assists the administration in it's business and gaining of sponsors.

Ed has done more for this club than anyone could envisage him doing but eventually his time will come, and Ned is the man to take over, if he wants to. Now if we doesn't want to, or can't, then Ed stays on until we either find someone better or he gets too old.:p
