The question is though:
Why did you make it? Nothing is different from this year's ensemble...



BTW is anyone else really pissed off that Collingwood don't actually reverse the home jumper, as they say they have - there are shitty little black stripes/panels on the side that
a) make it look very amatuerish
b) decrease its value as a clash jumper

Why not make it consistent with the home jumper, making it more white which reduces the clash, which makes it a legitimate attempt at a clash jumper - win-win, anyone?

I'm pissed that collingwood don't wear their White with Black stipes as their Home Guernsey i would pay for that jumper,i'll post later what it would look like as their hom guernsey.

Damo, this is my attempt at your 'South Coast' strip. Didn't put any logos or anything. But i really like the Reebok collar, so I went with it.

thanks man i like the look of that! I think its kinda strange tbh how that area hasn't been looked at for a SANFL team, especially if the MAgpies can stay in the comp

GANTY, being a port supporter i'm guessing ur in SA- what do u think about Victor having a SANFL team? A mate and i have been talking about it for a while as a way to get rid of the bye

You are correct I do live in SA.
I think that a team down in that area would be great, but I have an uncle that lives down in Victor and says Goolwa will be a bigger draw card in the not to distant future, so I think this would be a better place for the new team.

If Im not mistaken didnt Souths homeground used to be around the Tonsley area (or something like that) then they moved to Norlunga Downs because of the expansion of the southern suburbs.

Also another thing, I get the impression that the Port Magpies are on their last legs so if the drop out of the league there would be no need for another team. Maybe they could move down to Victor/Goolwa.

If your looking to remove the bye, Port magpies need to fold and Port Adelaide and the Crows reserves should play a SANFL side each week. I think creating another team down south would benifit South in the long run as it may build some rivalry however it would cost South some good kids!

If your looking to remove the bye, Port magpies need to fold and Port Adelaide and the Crows reserves should play a SANFL side each week. I think creating another team down south would benifit South in the long run as it may build some rivalry however it would cost South some good kids!

we cant get rid of the magpies, all that history down the tube! And where would the corws researves tmea be based? In the CBD? It would get no support and the clubs would lose so many AFL listed kids its not funny!

And nicko99 they're nearly bankrupt mate. So the talk now is if they cant start making money this season then they might merge with Port Power or just fold all together

Why dose it have to be based anywhere why not be the away side each week, its only suburbia Adelaide!

true i guess. I just dont see the need for a reserves team- either let the Magpies succeed, or join the AFL like they should have in 1997 and not be split in two.

A while ago in the WAFL they had an Indigenous week where each of the clubs redesigned their jumpers to incorporate aboriginal patterns.

I had a go at an Essendon version.I drew it on a laptop using a touchpad so it didn't really turn out how I wanted it to, but you get the idea:

this is my first ever design

Not bad. The only real issue is that the logos and numbers aren't positioned right but I like how the tiger is in the sash.

The hard part of the 'gold' on the current premiers logos (and perhaps on your design of a jumper) is that it doesn't actually look gold, but like a very faded yellow or orange. They AFL really need to use gold material, like some clubs use for numbers in the EPL and others.
