Your daughter must be tall. :p
I'm 18cm shorter than Stokesy and it's my goal in life to be the same height/taller than him.

Stokesy is so tough and insperational.
I love little stokesy, he was instrumental kicking the first 3 goals against collingwood. :thumbsu:

Stokey, you absolute GUN! I, along with my mates that were watching on telly, cringed when Stokesy went down and thought "knee reco, gone". But to come back and play so well, absolutely brilliant.

Yeah showed real courage to come back on so quickly and play like he did! Had a really consistent season and plays much taller than his height would suggest!!! Great young Kid.

Just another future star from the premiership stable!!!!:thumbsu:

Im a huge fan of Stokesy and when he went down i was like crap. To make it worse i think robert walls said Byrnes was replacing him and will be perfect to fill that role.

Matty Stokes. The barrel chested pocket superman. It looked like Stokesy would be having surgery today but he is a tuff as they come. It was inspiring stuff to see him come back on to the ground and continue to contribute to the Cats Premiership.

When Stokes went down with the knee, I was genuinely scared we were going to lose because it looked like his game was over - thus leaving us with only 3 rotations only 5 minutes into the game. But when he came back and to started winning the hard balls, I knew we had it in the bag. Top job Stokesy :thumbsu:

Almost as tough as Rooke, good work Stokesy:thumbsu:
yeah I think it was in the 3rd quarter the ball was kinda in dispute about 10 meters out from ports goal. stoksey came flying in and put a huge bump on a port player who was about to get control of the ball, the ball fell loose and we ran it out of defense straight up the other end and goaled. he really hurt himself yet again and they took him off for a spell. The game was already well and truly won by that stage but this bloke does not know how to go in half hearted. I love him. the blokes that play on him or Rookey are that sore after a game they usually play shit the following week.

Has anyone heard anymore about his injury?
I remember reading somewhere he heard it pop in and out but the docs said there was no structural damage so he got a jab and came back on. Has there been any follow up scans to confirm that he doesn't need surgery and will be right with a bit of rest?
