No its an Indian say that the Pakis shouldn't be allowed to host international games and the Champions Trophy when the lighting is so poor that the outfielder can't pick up a ball in the sky.

That's hardly obvious. And I haven't seen any reference in reporting on the incident to anything other than losing the ball in the lights.
