IMO probably our best ever ODI jersey. So simple, colours look great and an effective design.

Remember that Symonds innings against Pakistan clearly, watched it from Emergency at Box Hill hospital after hurting myself playing soccer earlier that night.

Picked these up many years ago. Spare player issued shirt and jumper from that World Cup.

My favourite version of this strip, with the Coat of Arms. Used only in one series against Bangladesh in 2003. After this series Australia moved onto a new strip.

Should have mentioned that the strip Martyn is wearing is my favourite because of the use of the Coat of Arms. First time it appeared on a one day shirt, looked sensational with this design.

This design of this strip started being used in early 2001 when Australia toured India. There were subsequent changes to sponsors, sponsor placement, collar and other minor changes but it was essential the same design up until the strip changes in late 2003. It wasn't specifically designed for the '03 World Cup.

...so then how was it "used only in one series" as you said?
My point in bringing up the 03 CWC was that I could already point out another "series" in which it was used. And you've now mentioned 2 years of use prior to 2003 as well.

Coat of arms with the (at the time) new CA shield looked so much better than the old ACB logo, and it was about time that the elite team of all two (then three) forms of the game got the same coat of arms on the breast.
Now just to give the women the same one too, with the red ribbon underneath not the yellow.
