Looks like CSA have suspended the Chief Executive Thabang Moroe with calls for the entire board to resign amid allegations of misconduct.

Here's an interesting view of his reign.




Sound like the final straw was the withdrawal of media accreditation for some journalists who weren't writing what he wanted




Anyway, thought this would be worthy of a thread/discussion.

It's tragic to think the damage that politics and corruption well beyond the control of cricket has, is and will continue to stifle the talents of nations with rich cricketing history like South Africa, Zimbabwe & Sri Lanka.

Sounds like it’s corrupt to the core. More corrupt than most cricket governing bodies that is. I reckon there isn’t a sporting body in the world that’s not corrupt to some extent but this is next level.
