I can’t disagree we have been poor away from home for an extended period.

But this path we are now taking is just rudderless and sickening and is hiding a much broader issue.

To me the path we are taking is crystal clear. We're not going to put up with crap, boorish behaviour and still play hard cricket.

What is the broader issue?

Haha. That's great.

Trying to get into his head without getting personal. Much better than abusing blokes or telling them to get ready for a ******* broken arm.

Starc being called for no-balls when they're legal deliveries.

But the umpires can't call the Indian fast bowlers when they're half a foot over?

We won the first test in SA. We had just whitewashed England.

Warner is a top 5 bat in the world and will be an immediate inclusion.

Those suggesting otherwise because he is a shit bloke should stick to watching BBL.
Exactly, this isn't a popularity contest. You pick your best 11. Whether he's a shit bloke is irrelevant. There's plenty of other shit blokes in World Cricket. Give me a lovable rascal from the wrong side of the tracks like Davey over these stuffy English Oxbridge types all day long......

If being a total douche makes you ineligible to play in cricket team, then the entire local cricket system in Australia collapses. There is not one cricket team in this wide, brown land that doesn't have at least one total douche.

Exactly. It’s a very selfish sport and the guys who get to the top are going to be selfish most the time unless you are the odd complete freak.

Who is being left out of the team right now because they are a douche?

Not the sandpaper three, by the way. They conspired to cheat and then lied about it.

We are currently in a low point in cricket across the country. It's far from the first, and we'll get through it eventually. By being better cricketers.

Pretty certain that the biggest douche in world cricket plays for India, but he also happens to be the best batsman in the world. If he wasn't Indian he'd be called out for being the biggest douche in the game but instead he's "passionate", a "character" and "isn't afraid to show his emotions."

Passionate, character and isn't afraid to show his emotions are not what you'd call Warner though. Bully, who cries to Mummy when it comes back at him is a better description. Jimmy Anderson is another in the Warner class.

Yes Kholi is a douche, but he is a douche for his over enthusiastic celebrating of wickets and aggressive body language more than his abusing of opposition players. He plays it hard and he doesn't cry when he cops it back. The same goes with Rabada from Sth. Africa

Pete Handscomb's technique is not up to Test standard.

The bloke might be able to get away with it at Shield level but at Test level the bowlers give him nothing. He can't score in front of the wicket because he's that far back in the crease and he's a sitting duck if one jags back in at him.

With Warner, Kohli and Anderson the Douche XI have the corner stones of almost being the best Test team in the world.

There are douche's and then there are blokes that infest your team with so much toxicity that the team culture and harmony is ripped to shreds.

Winning teams can hide it, average teams get torn apart.

Assuming Finch is finished the test match rests with these two. If they can build a 100 partnership we are a big chance. Come on Aussies.

This is the worst batting line up Australia has ever fielded in my lifetime.

Even Graeme Yallop's "Lambs to the Slaughter", would put this lot to shame.

He is the most Australian Indian cricketer i've ever seen. In fact he reminds of a few Australian captains (pre Micheal Clarke, who i think so little of I - no shit - had to google his name to type this comment,) from our most successful era. Its ironic so many Aussies hate him.

Spot on.

He has changed his set up, stance and triggers 3 series in a row.

I’m not sure why he changed it at all.

If you were facing Sharma you would bat half a foot outside your crease and end up on middle and off just prior to release

He isn’t quick enough to bump you out.

Why someone is batting in their crease to him on middle stump and not moving forward is staggering. Why someone is allowing him to do it is more staggering.

He literally has to be told to take centre and a trigger that is similar to Paine’s.
If he nicks off or whatever then so be it. He cannot do what he is doing ever again.
