He reckons he is wearing it as tribute to new players to the Baggy Green which he openly hated.
It's a bit strange but I don't mind Warney.
Same choppy. Reckon he'd be good fun to have a few ales with. Good commentator too

I see Williamson is now No 1 in the test batting ranks
Now i'm biased but I'd still have Smith and Kohli ahead of him even with Smith going through a trot. Both are a small step up I think

AND can play a moving ball which Kohli struggles with
Williamson is a jet mate. I've never seen anyone play the ball so late. He's a master at building an innings.
Really like this kid Shubman Gill, serious talent
Anyone else great Finch going berserk after his dismissal on the boundary mic?
Tonight ?

Yep, lol. "no. No. ****ing idiot. Noooo. **** me" or something like that![]()

Pigeon an absolute gun alright.McGrath best bowler I've seen
Consistent line and length......almost robotic hence struggled in shorter form as "predictable" aka Hazlewood.
Quickest is Tait and Brad Williams. They were legit express but had no idea where it was going. Shane Bond too.
Obviously Brett Lee and Ahktar are the top but these guys as alternate options.

Dale Steyn and Shane Bond are my two favourite fast bowlers of the last 25 years. Fast, skilled and aggressive. Such a pity that injury ruined Bond's career. Only 18 tests with 87 wickets at 22.Just on the earlier discussion (there's no right or wrong with this of course, all just our opinions):

Michael Holding picks Dale Steyn among the top four fast bowlers across generations
One part of the ferocious pace quartet of West Indies, Michael Holding has included South African fast bowler Dale Steyn in his list of all-time top four fast bowlers. Holding included Steyn within the same bracket as West Indian greats…www.google.com
