I am trialling it atm. Trying to loosen my bottom hand grip and really work on my v-grip.
I've been focussing on my bottom hand being just basically my fingertips and thumb on the handle. It really stops the bottom hand taking over and allows the top hand to show the full face of the bat. I lose a bit of power but certainly gain control, especially playing through the V.

Don't really follow cricket anymore, which I never thought would happen . Used to be an opening batsmen and loved it as much as footy.
But this would have to be one of my all time favourite cricket memories. Woke up late in the game after falling asleep in front of the tv to see the last few overs.

One of the all time greatest chokes.

I used to love Lance Kluesener. Big, brute of a bloke who could hit it an absolute mile.

Not sure but the era I followed cricket 80s and 90s the players seemed to have a lot more pizzaz or uniqueness. That may just be all sports nowadays due to the greater concentration on professionalism .

There's a few versions of this going around with commentary from different countries. It's worth finding the Aussie one with Bill Lawry losing his mind, and some where there is a version with South African commentary which is MAGNIFICENT. The gloating followed by the complete deflation is a thing of beauty.

Aussies got it done over the Lankans last night. Finch and Warner back in the runs.

Warner was dropped by the keeper early, in one of the easiest catches ever and a 2 balls later a Lankan bowler bowled one that didn't hit the pitch and bounced half a metre from his front foot and ended up at short 3rd man.

Renegades are closer to NM and Stars are very much Pies types.
The SA and Tas squads are excellent if you want a non Vic team.

How right is that, I decided to follow the renegades as the stars were put out there as the team.
My inner ‘North’ must have kicked in follow the underdog.
