Didn't matter in the first test but in a team of 11 it's rare you can carry someone who doesn't do much with bat or ball - our actual "all-rounders" now are guys like Starc who are picked because they are the best choice in one skill and good enough to back up and contribute in others.

Anyway. If our actual bowlers can comeback out today in good form, they could still be enough.

It seems to me, Mitch Marsh almost always gets out trying to defend, when he is a natural attacker of bowling, either Test cricket is not for him, or just tell him to back himself and destroy bowlers confidence with some power hitting.

I reckon you can count the true all rounders, who would be picked for their batting if they couldn't bowl and vice versa, on one hand.
