When is the last time Smithy won a toss ?
Me. I was wrong.Goat Lyon, leading Test wicketaker of 2017.
Who here said he was no good?
Not good already. This won't end well.
Wont end well for Bancroft.
Terrible even by his standards. He usually at least hangs around for an hour or so before he nails a characteristic mid-teens score.
Chance for an underperforming New South Welshman to make his debut l suppose.
Haha ****ing Maddinson!Sort of but maybe not a debutant.
Tubby and the NSW caterpillar crew will already have the Maddinson bobsled greased up and ready to go.

I don't think any of Bancroft/Burns/Renshaw are good enough at the moment tbh. I'd open with Khawaja (who started his career as an opener, and has looked good at the top in shorter forms), and take this 11 to S Africa
Warner
Khawaja
Smith
S Marsh
Handscomb/Maxwell
M Marsh
Paine
Cummins
Starc
Hazelwood
Lyon
Number 5 is clearly still our biggest concern, but those two guys deserve a spot more than any of the other 3 imo

Will be Joe Burns - 390 runs in the last four four FC innings. No NSW batsman has scored more than 300 for the whole season.
