Interesting England couldnt fit Jofra in, hes bowling so his injury cant be that bad. He would have made our top order look very ordinary imo, that said, Anderson will take care of that for them.

the only world class bat they have is Root, whereas you have Warner & Smith

it depends largely what tracks are produced because you guys can't play a moving ball. It just very rarely happens in Australia

You’re forgetting Stokes KR. Likely be the difference just as Flintoff was in ‘05.

Yeah I know, but he is aclimatised to the English pitches and backed it up with runs in the intra club match on a very difficult picth. A certainty, I reckon.

Bancroft was also top scorer in his last test series, and in the intra-squad last week. (Having said that, I dare say if Burns hadn't taken time away, he'd have put up solid numbers in the Australia A series and stayed in the team.)
