That's not true, there was a stat somewhere during the week that conclusively said that he has taken more top order wickets than lower ones.

Never doubt the Swamp man. I've got another stat that compares the 3 quicks. All 3 are very similar.

Rather than looking at his wickets by batting position, maybe have a look at that and by the age of the ball.

I think he's a good new ball bowler and can get good poles in his first spell. After that he hasn't got too much that will scare his batsmen, but enough to clean up a tail.

As usual there's **** all 1st class cricket being played atm, so the selectors won't bring people from outside the squad. Doubt they they'll change the bowlers unless one is physically spent. They've earnt themselves some credits.

My main issue with Starc is when his speed drops he is a liability. Goes from chocolates to boiled lollies very quickly compared to his two partners in crime.

Having said that he bowled quite a few pearlers today when we couldn't buy a wicket, but Paine dropped one of them.

If we were to replace him I'd be looking at Neser as an opening swing bowler. If we aren't going to open the replacement, then Pattinson.

Lyon, I don't rate him, but he should have had Pant twice today. Wasn't his fault.
