Haha. Virat not walking when clean bowled, going to the replay.

Was a viper though.

ICC has mandated that Virat cannot be out for a 🦆 clean bowled on home soil.
Rule 1.23 section 3 sub-section a3.

He should be banned for being bowled by Moeen Ali.

I'm shit at golf. Haven't played since before I was a parent. My oldest son is now 15. Never really played regularly before that anyway. But one day Mrs. Marstermind and I were playing at Oakleigh Golf Course. Can't remember what hole it was but it was on an early hole, and we had a group of teenagers behind who had caught up to us because we were such rubbish. But on this one hole, I hit the ball so clean and so sweet and so straight off the tee that the group of teenagers collectively gasped, "Whhhooooaaaaaa". But every other shot before and after it that day was my usual garbage.

That was like the ball Moeen Ali bowled today to Virat Kohli.

Well you want to see what I believe is one of the best innings in memory. Check out Rohit. 3/89 of which he'd made 65 at that stage. Now India 3/205 and he's 135 not out. Amazing knock.

If Gill and Rohit both get going in the same innings on a decent track India will score 400 in a day.

Olly Stone can bowl.

He can.

But we wouldn't know that had Anderson or Archer played. If he were Australian, he'd have not played because he was 'behind'j Starc, Hazlewood and Cummins. The Gabba failure was almost totally on the selectors. Neser, Richardson or Pattinson should have played. 20/20 is hindsight, but the total belief that "We have the best attack in the world" cost us a series.

Looked out to me.

OPTION A
I reckon technically it was out... But with no real soft decision on field (well, I don't think there was) and the benefit of the doubt (I think) going to the batsman, then it would have taken balls to give it out.

Or

OPTION B
Covid19 has resulted in no neutral umpires.

We played a state attack to our detriment

Given the significant puffs of black dirt when the ball pitched on day 1 I think India is very close to being unbeatable in this test. No way England could chase anything meaningful in the fourth innings against Ashwin and Axar.

Sharma dropped early or any dubious hometown l.b.w.'s early doors ?

What's your decision?

The match referee also stepped in and reinstated one of England's reviews after the third umpire failed to view the relevant footage that showed the ball flicking the glove after bouncing up off the pad. That is just amateur hour stuff.
