Interesting choice to go with Australia winning the toss. They've lost all 4 tosses this world cup and on an oval like Nottingham with the air temperatures and ground conditions it's highly likely they could have lost the toss today as well. Couple that with the fact the Aussies traditionally don't do well winning a toss away from home and it's even more reason why you'd generally back the favourite rather than the outsider. Good bet!
After Finch reads this thread and sends Maxi in at 4, Khawaja runs the prick out on 32...

Going to oppose Finch again. He has been in good form however that form has inclused run fests against Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
Lords has only been used once in the tournament so far so I'm hoping that there will be some life in it, but the forecast is also overcast which usually helps the bowlers.
In the last 2 years, against England in England Finch has only broken this line 1/5 times, and he's also never faced Archer, so a bit of an unknown in the mix.
Given that Sportsbet's line is 33.5 and Ladbrokes is 36.5, BetEasy offering $2 at a higher line is good value IMO.

And take a look at the futures markets for top runs and top wickets.
Right now Shakib is still paying $8 for top run scorer, despite currently sitting top of the run scorer table.
He has 30 runs on 2nd (Warner) and 50 on 3rd (Root) but one less group match to play.
And of course it seems unlikely that the Bangers will make the finals... unless England lose tonight.
In which case, unless England can beat either India or New Zealand, then all the Bangers have to do it beat Pakistan to progress.
It is similar with the leading wicket tacker. Ferguson is one wicket behind Amir, but Amir won't be playing finals.
Ferguson at $6 with a game in hand is huge value, especially if England (Archer) don't make the finals.
Without England in the finals, Ferguson's only competition will be Starc.

Like the Ferguson bet, I have had a small go at 7.50 (PB). Archer also had to pass a fitness test this morning to play so he isn't at 100% and could possibly miss a game going forward.

On total match runs under 539.5 at toppy. If anyone can get on at 365 they first wicket to fall under 32.5 @1.9. Higher total than being offered for either side individually at most books. Would think either Aamir or Boult find one early in the overcast conditions and against ordinary opening pairs. Unfortunately haven’t seen that market anywhere else though.
