I hadn't gone south after Reed Devil and went to Sunset Valley for the first time to get the bounty
that place is so ****ed up. The house with the reed masks then someone waiting outside when you leave it. I had a quick look around the town and saw nothing stick out at first so grabbed the bounty and loaded up on my horse and rode away. Then as soon as I got to the field again it was full of scarecrows and many were dudes who attacked. I'm going back tomorrow firstly because surely I missed a fast travel around the town, but secondly because I'm sure there is more to the Reed dude and that village now.

Just did a couple of high risk investments by save scumming just before the payout to make sure I got a good return. Going to switch back to low risk and just let it simmer in the background. A little too annoying to do too much, given the long load times and loading point is back at the fast travel point. And especially, having to keep an eye on the time to get back just before payout.
I just did that this arvo. That whole arc was really good. Pretty eery. I didn't see anything else there that you didn't mention.

Finally a prompt was added before consuming a key to open a locked door. Stamina consumption has been reduced for gliding and sprinting too.

- Movement speed increases by holding down the running key.
- Movement speed increases by tapping the running key once.
- Movement speed for the player character and horse will no longer decrease even if the running key is not held continuously.

Rep no longer decreases during crimes unless NPC's catch you. This makes stealing actually worthwhile now!Another patch.

I just got some of those refinement tokens awarded retrospectively when I logged in too. I wasn't sure if that was going to happen.

So issue with that movement speed change is I don't know how to gallop on the horse now. Before you could tap it in rhythm with the gallop and not burn stamina. Now you can't do that anymore because the speed remains the same when you take your finger off.

What a great patch as well, the biggest gripe I was having was load times, now it is a breeze. These devs are doing it right.

Starting to enjoy this now, still a bit iffy on the controls and some of the quests are a bit meh and pointless, however the exploration is fun. I just decided to head South for a far as I could and got ambushed and shot by little green men they looked like leprechauns.

It's a new currency for upgrading to stuff to I think level 4 without the use of materials. They're rewards for some quests and were issued retrospectively if you've already done some of the quests. Except I don't know where mine went either lol

It says below level 5, but I couldn't upgrade level 4 gear, only level 3 and lower. So not that helpful.

They need a close fast travel point to that village. Can also get pet armour/gear there apparently, but I haven't seen it yet.

Yeah I agree. Some places have had 500 fast travels added in patches (one either side of trading post next to the camp wtf) but the closest I've found to Pororin is up on the hill to the north of it?
Pet armour is also from the vendor in the building next to the researcher.
