How many games do we think the new boys are gonna need to get uncomfortably comfortable in the team.?

I reckon 50 is the usual guide for a player to find their feet. The good ones can come on from about 20+ and sometimes a player will take a little longer, but if they're struggling after 50 it's usually not a good sign.

Depends how long it takes you to get there. 50 before the end of your third year is tons better than Rhino O'Sullivan. His was gutsy but not promising
