We had inside word 2 months ago that Brad was seething at injury management and was considering options. This rumour is not a surprise.
Inside word means nothing these days mate. Rumors can propagate like wildfire in a forest, and can be started by a 5 year old or anyone who can use a phone/iPad.

Putting on my thinking cap, I have come up with the conclusion that Brad is not going next year:

Brad's perspective:
- we've been with him through thick and thin with all his injuries and ailments, if we can get a groin specialist come and help the club further, the Crows are in the boxed seat to help facilitate Brad to good recovery.
- other clubs would not be in the position to understand his injury as much as the Crows, the Crows medicos, and Adelaide's Orthopaedic doctors.
- the Crows have stuck by Brad throughout the tough ordeal in 2019, it's only sensible he'd stick by the Crows during the period of surgery and rehab.
- his brother is still with the Crows, they seem to have good brotherly bonds which is an important aspect of recovery - moral support.

Crows perspective and other club's perspective:
- Crows would only swap Brad for another elite or close to elite midfielder, one can assume.
- other clubs would want to trade Brad for an exit of one of their B graders +/- picks; one can assume. No point in them swapping their A midfielder for Brad, who is an A midfielder with a lot of question marks on playing potential in 2019.
- which club will take a gamble to swap their (healthy) A-midfielder for Crows (health in question) BCrouch?

OK, my offer is this. If a representative of the AFC suggests that there are discussions underway regarding Brouch or he is traded then I win.
The first part is too subjective. If a key AFC person suggests up to the end of trade week that Brad has requested a trade or the subject of a trade with Brad was specifically, explicitly raised by someone at AFC that suggests it may be a possibility (and not an non-committal “were open to all offers ...”) then yes.

Second part is fine

Payable on the final bell of the trade period.

If it comes out in Brads biography “Being Brother of Brother of Brad” at the end of his career that you are right, tough.

Not a player.

I’ll give you Brad or his agent himself though I’m against it in principle. I want this to be more than Brad having a sook. I want deliberate action to investigate a move.

Will also give you a similar key personnel at another club.

How generous am I.

Terms agreed, bet is on.

The credit will be spent in sunny Alice Springs. You're more than welcome to roll here. It'll be a breezy and warm afternoon with average food, expensive alcohol but great company.
I'll have to arrange another work trip :)
