Shits really ****ed when the guardian start making sense

ticketing, rules, the price of food and beer, the noise (can't hear whoever is next to me talk anymore, gotta yell at each other) all make it pretty unbearable

Same
First game for 2 years for me.
Do we need a mask for the train?
Can we still pick up a scarf or hat with membership?
I'm so out of touch with this digital world
Don't have to wear a mask but may want to if you want to socially distance, particularly on the way home when the train is packed.
Can't pick up hat scarf at the ground. Need to order online. But if you are coming from out of town apparently the Roar store can arrange for one to be picked up there. Need to organise it with them first though.
The G is cash free too. Bring your money card.
Presume you know your membership card won't get you in.

20-25k imo. Thursday night and the sport is rooted. Rather just watch on tv these days.

Kids these days have it so easy, back in the good 'ol days a search meant finding where Dad had hid his Playboy magazines

now do pies if it was them last night playing pears instead of us

Looked like more than 21k when I was there at the ground. One thing I did notice was that it was flat as a biscuit until the last quarter. Was like watching park footy, was expecting a few tooted horns after goals.

Can’t recall seeing any kids/families when coming in or out of the ground which is unusual and obviously to do with the Thurs night and the weather. I parked in Richmond, walked back to the car after the game and drove straight home to Boronia and I didn’t get home til after 11 and was knackered for work today. I can really understand it’s not worth the hassle taking young kids to that. Round 1 is the exception when it’s an ‘event’.
