You can redeem them for meals and drinks in most of the restaurants at Crown..Grab a list of the elegible ones from the sinature desk..I'm heading over for the spring carnival and I have about $500 worth of points on my crown rewards. Have never redeemed points before.
How does it work? If I want to redeem at the bar for a round of drinks, is it as simple as handing the members card over?
Fair call...can't see many punters doing that though..I tend to use mine on Bonus bets..You can actually redeem the points from crownbet for cash.
There is an option in crown on the VIK machine to turn points into chips. Then go to a table and turn them into chips and take them to the cashier.
If you have the option of taking a $100 bonus bet or depositing $100 and changing the points for chips then cash, which would you take and which do you think would be more profitable?
Must use minimum 2500 points to get $25 and in multiples of 500.
They are real chips.
I cashed in $170 worth on Tuesday.
However if you use and earn them on the pokie machines, you can't cash them in.
It's true...Works on the VIK machine at Crown..can someone confirm the redeem for chips option?
seems to good to be true?
I guess from crowns point of view they see it as a chance to get you into the casino.yeah - this just seems super exploitable.
You need to join Signature club as well..That will then be linked to your Crownbet account and then you can redeem them..And you can confirm its crown bet rewards points that can be used, and not some sort of separate signature club points?
Great point mate...thanks for that...Will be doing that every time from now on...CheersIf you have the option of taking a $100 bonus bet or depositing $100 and changing the points for chips then cash, which would you take and which do you think would be more profitable?
I would advise all people to cash on all points before November 15.
Apparently, crown are going to their cards from Signature Club to Crown Reawrds. Apparently, both crown hotels and crownbet will operate under the one system from then.
Don't know how this new system will work regarding points and the redeeming of them.
Isn't that how it is now though?I would advise all people to cash on all points before November 15.

Hey. First post here. Do you know any details about this change?
I've just ticked over to Platinum and was hoping to use the 2 nights at Crown Towers and few hundred thousand points for chips during the Aussie Open (and maybe even score some free tickets to it). But all those perks/points might have changed by then?
I thought the one night was if you qualified in the first 3 months of your membership period, you get one to use in the remaining 3 months, then 2 in the next?If you've just ticked over they will give you one room after a little wait, you'll have to wait six months for the 2 nights stay..
Weekends need to be booked 3 months in advance..Weekdays are more flexible..
Hoping nothing changes, the rewards are pretty bloody good atm..
