Oh I agree, but this throws a massive spanner in any expansion casinos that they were going for and probably hurts their current casinos a lot also.

Spot on with the above, however the Victorian Gaming Commission isn't getting an overhaul.

can you imagine limiting cash transactions to $1.000 at the casino
