Crows get together Friday Feb 28th?

I'm very keen to watch us play against the West Coast in Darwin this Friday. However, as it doesnt look like it will be on free to air TV, I'm gonna have to find a pub with Foxtel.

I'm thinking that this could also be a good chance for the Crows BF fans to get together.

The Rosemont Hotel on the corner of Hindley and Morphett Street's in the city, have Foxtel. They have also informed me that if the game is on Foxtel they will show it.

The Footy Records states the game will start at 7.10pm Darwin time. So if we catch up from around 6 - 6.30 that would be great.

Anyone interested?

If its 7.10pm Darwin time then it will be 8.10pm in Adelaide. They don't have daylight saving.

I am a frustrated television supporter! I yell and scream at the TV! Therefore I will rant and rave in my lounge room watching it on Fox. Don't count out it being on free-to-air television, I am sure that Fox and Nine are still in negotiations about a delayed coverage being shown.

Todays paper states that the only live coverage we may get is on the radio.

So at this point, it looks like I'll be at The Rosemont unless Channel 9 pull their finger out. For those that do not know me, I'm tall, with red hair. I'll be coming straight from work so i will be wearing a blue shirt and Crows tie.

I listened to KG and Cornsey's sports show today and they spoke to someone from channel 9. Basically, Ch 9 asked fox to swap games so they get the rights to the Crows Vs Eagles game, the answer was NO. They then asked fox if they could show it on a delay but the answer was still NO. The bloke said that no money was ever mentioned in their negotiations and said that if it was at a reasonable price Ch 9 would be happy to pay. He also said the Ch 9 are still interested in showing the game even if its at 10:30 pm but hinted along the lines that Fox unlikely to oblige.

Jerome I have a bucks nite on Friday and hopefully I can convince the blokes to go to Rosemont for drinks and watch the game and then move on to greener pastures.

Cool. Greener pastures..hmmm... Bucks Night + Hindley St = Crazy Horse! Its just across the road too.

Nothing like that mate. I am way too young for Big fat <type nationality here> wedding. It my cousins wedding. I don't know what possesed him to commit at 21. I think he might need a brain transplant. Having said that I think he got himself a good catch especially since she is a mad crows supporter.
