Someone thought he was alright. Listed as Ports best in the Sunday Mail.

Those best players are supplied by the Club so he must have done ok.

Krueger and Schuback looked to have quiet days. They are both really struggling.

Not that it matters too much probably at this stage but was at Unley on Saturday and Kris Massie played an awesome game best al year by a mile. Can't give you too much on Meesen cause only got there during the third quarter of the ressies and after all the footy I watched on Saturday (Norwood then Crows games) tis a bit of a blur

I saw him play against the Eagles and he looked really good. However, haven't seen him in the best for the past few weeks.

Dude, I very much doubt that Goodwin will come up if in fact he has strained achillies.

I don't think NC is the type of coach that would drop a young player after one game so, something tells me Bock will be safe.

I would drop him but I am not sure NC will.

Smith? Yes, that is an extra bonus I had not considered.

I think its also a bit early to be crucifying the bloke aswell. Its round 8, Meesen is in his first year of senior football, he is a tall everyone knows its going to take time.
We had to expect this, has a young ruckman ever come on the AFL scene and taken the football world by storm? No, it takes time, I am not saying Fantasia is a living god but I think we should give him and our young players some time to develop.

its not too early when we look at his past 6-7yrs effort.
