We've had that much debt before. Against leased assets no bank ever had a chance of selling.

We've got near guaranteed income (pre covid), they would have been able to raise $10m in a heart beat.

They've had that much lined up, again to build a building in North Adelaide in which no Bank would ever be able to sell.
