Anyone else hear the beautiful comedic timing on 5aa last night?

Burton & McLeod are in the studio & Cornsey announces the breaking news that an AFL club has had players tested positive for drugs.
They come back to the interview & the next thing the boys start talking about is this magic juice they've been taking for the last year!!

LMFAO, they were going on about it for about 5mins too, as if they owned shares in the company.

Can't understand how people can think some juice can change their lives. Not only that, usually prepared to pay through the pocket for it. Absolutely no scientific proof it , as well as Goji juice etc, does anything other than make the mouth wet.

Maybe it's the reason we've had so many injuries and bad luck in the last year:rolleyes:

Helped Macca and Roo get back on track for the finals last year, certainly hasn't hindered them.

And in the fine print, 4Life Research’s own materials include startlingly blunt disclaimers such as this one: “Transfer Factor and Transfer Factor Plus do not claim, nor should it be interpreted, to cure, prevent or mitigate any serious disease.” And this: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.”

You always see this on herbal products here in the US - I think it is just standard boilerplate, to minimize the chance of lawsuits
