I thought Chapman should have gone after the Tippett fiasco. He said he'd reveal how that stuff up happened and he never did (it's sill costing us on the field).
He got away with it. Therein started the culture of secrecy.
The CM and injury management stuff up this year, including the usual circling of the wagons, should see heads roll, including Chapman. The buck stops with him, he has been a weak and invisible leader of this club.
He must take responsibility and immediately step down after initiating an external review (i e not by one of his corporate mates.)
