7 from Scott Hodges first game, trouble is he kicked them in the change room before the start of the game,

I think Randall Bone also kicked 4 in his first game...vs Melbourne in 1992.

Bit of a statsman but as many people here know i once was a crows supporter from 91-94 so i do know a fair bit about their early years.

Peter McIntyre, John Klug and Bruce Lindner all kicked 4 in game 1 v Hawthorn in 91.

Macca, the Big Boner kicked 3 in his debut. The other players who have come close are Shane Tongerie and Ben Marsh, who also kicked 3 on debut.
