Three FREE Coopers pale ales... yeah, twas more than worth it.
Ok, pales make it worth it. Sorry, I expected something poorer from mansions, Im more impressed though with how you got your shoes unstuck from the floor.

I would have sat in there to get three free Pale's too!! lol COME ON Free beer!
Fair call, I was only joking by the way, while not my fave place free drinks (now that I think of it, free anything) are the way to a students heart ;) Uh and the last time I was in there was 2 weekends ago for me too, before then... ages

Unfortunately had to miss the game as was working, luckily had my darling mother updating me every 15-20 minutes or so with the scores.

muhahah (SW15 here btw) my old man usually does that for me to. Fortuantely I'm working mon-fri atm so I could tune in online.

Trying to work going to the fulham slug into my schedule a bit more to catch games on tv (they tend to have every afl game there over the weekend)

A good win by Adelaide but we didn't really make it hard for them. That had to be our most insipid nothing performance of the year. I'd love to know where all the intensity has gone. We may as well have not shown up.

Yeah was planning on asking where you were to, I assume SW15 is the next borough below H&F? The Fulham Slug, is that down just off Stamford Bridge/Fulham Road and Finborough road intersection, or near Evans Cycles, I get mixed up so easily down there as I'm never past Hammersmith. I walked past somewhere a month or so ago when I was living Kensington, but never took down the name of the place/ or realised if a slug or not. Made note that they spelt Fremantle as Freeomantle though, I laughed.

In putney myself. Fulham Slug is just down the road about 30m from Fulham Broadway.

(Freaking game was live there today as well I found out earlier this evening!)

Anyone else laugh a bit at the commentators when they thought the crowd was booing Ricciuto?

300 games and they still just... dont... get.... it.

And the hilarious thing about that is that the crowd was probably 60/40 Adelaide way, so not the dominant home crowd for the Kangas that one would suspect! The Kanga's crowd was quiet for pretty much the whole game:D

Yeah I know where Fulham Broadway is, from going to the Bridge. Sucks about the game though. Might have to check out a Slu for a game later in the season. Saturday Night games are the worst for me as I have no way of seeing them for the moment in this job anyway, I'll have to rely on *mummy*. Oh well.

Loved Kenny's game but please can the AFC put some knee pads on that boy or else I fear he may end up like Mark Stevens. :(
Massie on 5AA this morning said that Kenny G has a big corky on his knee. Suprise suprise

Massie also has 3 but both will be good to go against West Coast.

You are right, Kenny digs his knees into the ground when he goes down and that will kill his knees eventually, ala Mark Stevens :(

Now that's more like the last couple of years.

Fast attacking, flowing footy from the backlines, more run, more tackles,
more precise kicking and run, run, run at all costs. Less costly errors.

Might have to do something with the M&M and Johnnycock getting through their respective ailments. Marty with the head and Stiffy.........sorry big fella,
with his leg.

More contributions from nearly everyone and the skills were a lot better and our movement sharper.

The most pleasing factor apart from winning and the way we did, was the improvement each week of Roo (how about those two 50 metre pin point passes) and KennyMac coming back into the side.

Big decisions have to be made when and if we get near a full side on the park. But that's a good thing.

Great effort by the Crows. I think the word "professional" best sums up how they go about things. McGregor is making a difference to the forward line. He took a few early marks and set the tone for the forward line. Bock played a great game. Welsh chipped in as he usually does (although he had been quiet in recent weeks). Even Jericho showed he is a handy fringe player and did what was required of him.

Massie was great. Just seems to make the right decisions and a steadying influence. Thompson reached the high standards he has set himself and what I think we expect of him this season. Stevens is playing the best footy of his career and is probably more skillful than I ever gave him credit for. Mattner has been excellent in recent weeks, getting back to his best form. Bassett, Rutten and McLeod form the base from which the Crows are built and a strong win is very often as a result of how they play.

A very important win and the Crows find themselves in a strong position coming in to the break. With the injuries they've had, could easily have slipped towards the bottom of the ladder. Credit must go to the coach and the players who have stepped up to keep the Crows around the mark (Thompson, Knights, Van Berlo etc).

Good win yesterday by the boys :thumbsu:
Did anyone see Bassets backhand to Corey Jones face? Don't know whether its been mentioned on here but it was funny as hell. It was when Basset got slammed into the fence and Jones wouldnt let him get back up so Basset started swinging his arms everywhere. Classic.
