GOOD:
OK, a win is a win, is a win, but MEH. We beat (easily, in the end) the crappest side in the League and should have, but jeez they made hard work of it.
Tex (keeping Nicks employed) and Fog (his don't-argue in the 4th was a thing of beauty, not to mention the goals).
Dawson, silky class.
Berry, continues to improve.
One of Rowe's better games ...?
Jones, useful when subbed in.

BAD: Both teams' abysmal skill errors.
--- handballs to opponents (both sides)
--- bomb-away kicking, blind around-the-corner, all over the ground (both teams)
--- no real flair, no fluidity, no overlap (both teams).

Rachele appears to have been Nicks-ed.
As ever, McHenry is a scrappy trier but not a goalsneak.
Hamill, unfortunate, but another head knock in a tackle he made. Can't he wear a helmet?

DULL:
The game, as a non-spectacle, was just

Darcy Fogarty got to 20 disposals!!!!

Gee, Chayce Jones was good when he was subbed on.

Fogarty excellent walker excellent.

Dawson great.

Murray good. Laird good. Schoenberg better. Rowe did some nice things.

Fogarty superb, particularly working in tandem with Tex.

Parnell good again. Soligo's hands - chef's kiss.

North are the worst team I've ever seen. Wowee they are horrific.
Yes, Parnell and Soligo as well; coming along nicely.

Good - Fog, best game of his career. Tex did well, good to see him kick a bag. Dawson was everywhere and did as he pleased. Murray looked OK as the back up ruck. Schoenberg did some nice things and seemed to be getting back to his old self.

Overall a pretty boring game to watch, but always good to see a win.

Fog 20 disposals, 4 goals, and 10 score involvements. Bog for mine.
The best part of the game! I'm super proud of him. He looks like he really wants his AFL career to be successful.

If he can continue todays form against Melbourne it'll be more impressive.

The midfield mix without Crouch is so much better. Schoenberg's first instinct is to move the ball forward, and doesn't lob up backwards hospital ball handpasses. He also gained roughly the same amount of metres as Crouch did last week with about 18 less touches.
