Yep. Totally out of his depth. Can’t see him ever being AFL quality. Exuberance is his only weapon.

On the flipside in this industry if you do what we've done for the year 20+ years by never bottoming out and remaining mid tier you will never win a flag. I agree we need to win a match to give the lads a lift but we will be ok in a couple years.
