He’s been very goodHall been out most impressive player.
I’ve liked Hastie also can use it - play these guys ahead of Byrnes etc he’s not up to it under pressure

Observations so far
Byrnes is still a spud
Irish looks good
Hammer is clumsy and unco - doubt he makes it as a forward
Hall has some class
Marshall and Sinclair should not have been rushed back
Nas has reverted back to his debut season form where every second kick is a turnover
Boyd is backup only
Hastie has talent but too skinny and not ready
Jones looking clean
Wilson lively
Windy tough but sloppy
Wood declining?
Hill missing

This.Young team is a nice excuse, the teams been making basic errors for nearly 15 years now. Our skill execution has been a significant problem which has seemingly never been addressed.
When Ratten came to the club, he basically said if you couldn't hit a target, you wouldn't get a game but then wouldn't drop the ball butchers.
Nothing has changed. We've been a club full of shit kicks for way too long.

Yeah we're a whole 2 months younger.
The discrepancy is the weight difference.
Clutching now , you were talking about their big forwards and non of the guys you have mentioned have played on themO’connel

Agreed. There's been some good signs today but the backline looks like a concern. The sooner Howard, Barrat and Tauru are ready the better.
Steele, McCrae and Boyd are leading. Need more from Sinclair and Hill. Roh was a desperate move, nowhere near it. Jones is having an absolute mare.Roma providing no physical presence, still obviously not right. Too many not putting their bodies into the contest or working hard enough to get front position. No leadership from the experienced players- that's the sad part
I can see what they're trying to do. They're being super aggressive and trying to win the ball high up the ground, but we don't have the cattle at the moment to make the ball ours. Wait til Tauru and Howard come back and punch the ball clear of the contest.Agreed. There's been some good signs today but the backline looks like a concern.
Windhager has been fine 8 contested touches and 5 clearances, I’m guessing Monty is Byrnes he’s a deadset mud crabIf Windy and Monty are still being selected after the bye we’re in trouble.
And I’m Monty’s biggest fan.
