I read a few crypto forums on fb and it’s insane the moves people make. 90% have absolutely no idea wtf is going on. Just full gambling and following crap advice from trolls and others who have no idea. Mostly newbies though.
See so many loses. Shocks me
It's sad to see so many people lose money in a bull market bubble.

Been there, done that, and I'm a bit wiser this time around.

Now we have a better picture of what’s going on. People are more wiser then what they were in 2016/18. Well the people who experienced it are anyway. I know guys who put in huge near the top in 2017 and lost it all virtually and gave up. I told them June last year to get back in and they haven’t. But they do well anyway. But better if took my advice lol 😆

XRP nudging $2.50AUD. Seems like it still has plenty in it as well, particularly given the court case hasn't even been settled yet and it still hasn't been relisted on many of the exchanges which removed it.

Crypto has never ceased to puzzle me.

What is behind this bubble?

Then I read about the amount of money in circulation.

Apparently the world's money supply doubled in the last year or so?

If that's the case... is that the source of this crypto bubble? Cash just sloshing around looking for places to sit?

It's worth considering.

Historically low interest rates mean people are looking for alternative investment vehicles? The US stock markets are at all time highs across the board as well.

That's part of the story. A bigger factor is the bitcoin reward halving. During halvings, the mining rewards are cut which leads to a shortage of BTC on the market. Supply and demand. Bubble after bubble. I laugh when I see BTC compared to tulip mania knowing that it will happen again during the next cycle.

Watched a video about billions going through BTC casinos.

Wild west stuff.

Add in the YouTube shills flogging "I know how to beat the BTC games" stuff when they are games that are programmed to cost players in the long run.

There's a lot of scams in crypto. It's a lot like a circus really. When the market is pumping, the tents go up and the clowns start shilling for the crowd on social media.

Generally speaking, even the legitimate crypto crowd prefer a mostly unregulated market.

BTC was borne from a mistrust of government.
