As a comparison, BTC is very much bearish since the crash in mid May and isn't recovering as quickly as the alts:

'When in doubt, zoom out' is the best piece of advice I've been given in crypto. The weekly trends give a far better picture as to whether we are still bullish or bearish, unless you are a day trader of course.

Are you out of the market atm? I thought you would be accumulating
90% in cash, waiting for the market to decide a direction while doing a bit of day trading here and there.

I'm enjoying the peace and quiet of a sideways market. I haven't slept this easy in months.

Anyone who's lived through a crypto bear market is cautious here. During the last bear market, shitcoins (including ADA and VET) dumped >97%.

Can you just refer to them as altcoins? Shitcoins just makes you sound like those BTC maxis at the conference in Miami. Also, not all alts are actually in a bear market yet, some are holding good support with the 20 week SMA. If the predictions of ETH overtaking BTC in market cap this cycle are true, then it will need to move independently to it at some stage.

Haven’t watched any of the BTC conference, but from reading a few perspectives on social media it isn’t having a positive impact with the general crypto community outside of the whales at the event. Was the aim of the event to just show off how rich they all are?
Let’s say it was yucky PR. Just obnoxious and not what it’s about.

Saylor spoke sense in line with someone who is into BTC for the long term ideology of it all. But apart from that it was a nerd fest where a bunch of alt right whackos tried to be rockstars. A bug and a feature I guess with exciting technological developments. w***er nerds

Yeah I can’t imagine that conference did much good for attracting new people to the space, just made it seem more unaffordable for the average person if anything.

Yeah might have to get around it a little more as it dips

Feels like there is a lot of media hype or at least chat about crypto. I know there is more to the market but surely with the increased awareness it’ll be a matter of time before the pump

Having dip prices with a very bullish news cycle- Latin America all looking keen on btc as legal tender and buying some up, Google and Alibaba looking for crypto exchange licences, talk of clean energy mining,

what a time to be alive
