Outside of BTC+ETH I don't really spend much time on crypto, especially speculative shitcoins so throwing it over to the wiser heads here for comment. I'm generally pretty good at sniffing out bullshit and this just stinks but I don't want to miss out on becoming a polygamous crypto millionaire.

Their website advises the token is "YOUR GATEWAY TO PHYSICAL AND VIRTUAL FAN EXPERIENCES".

And by these athletes 'being on board' it means they get paid to turn up for fan experiences, I doubt they've got any interest in the cryptocurrency aspect.

Seems like they're trying to be an all in one solution for sports. Ask yourself do you really require an all in one solution for the way you interact with sports?

What do you guys think about adding to a Cardano position at this time for long term?

I have some spare $ and was thinking the price could probably just continue to rise from here with the update/smart contracts happening soon.
However there's always the thought of it possibly being over heated. Especially as it's hit an ATH.
I get you cant time the market. Just after some opinions. Would you be okay buying now, or would you wait?

I've seen enough off Crypto that nothing keeps going up, there'll be an inevitable crash or dip and you will likely be able to get in to ADA at a cheaper price than it is now.

I would personally caution against buying anything that has just hit a new ATH. It's genuinely a bad time to buy crypto. Wait for the crash/dip when no one is talking about it.

While I think it still has plenty of upside from here during this cycle due to the smart contract launch, I would advise against buying during a pump. The correction that the market saw on Wednesday would've been a good time to add some holdings (up around 25% since then). Personally, any retracement below $3 (which could happen over the weekend as the crypto markets have lower volume and are therefore more volatile), I will add a bit more to my portfolio from the SOL profits. If your long term outlook is 3-5 years, then the DCA method is what I would go with.

I see Gil Mclachlan being very excited about an all in one solution for how we interact with AFL :tearsofjoy: But yes, good point and thanks for the response. I guess the clue is in their website metadata - not a good look for a token started by a couple of marketing experts

My first entry on ADA was around 75c and accumulated up to approx $1.10. It retraced to around $1 several times and I topped up each time.

We're entering the last phase of the 4 year cycle prior to the absolutely scull ****ing and collapse. We'll see a parabolic rise still over the next few months, but the whole market will look ugly in 12 months time. You'll see much cheaper ADA prices over the next year.

I bought a tiny bit at 16 cents but most of mine was when it was over $1.50. Still can't complain though.

Everything will pullback at some point if you're patient enough.

For Solana holders on here, Independent Reserve are going to list Sol and OTC trades for Sol in ~2 months time which is awesome news

I’m more of a holder than a trade as I think are most people in this thread.

The fact that it’s pumped so much before btc has even reached all time high is very very bullish. I hate to make price predictions but I still think there is a fair amount of upside to go before the end of this bull run.

Honestly if it were me and I wanted to take entry on a coin during a bull run, I would just buy some now to avoid being priced out of the market due to the market running away from me. Not everyone would do things the same way though.
