Look at the percentage growth of bitcoin... I don’t know if i’ll ever end up owning a whole bitcoin.

So say I own a small part of one, it would still be worth it if it continues to grow?

Also aren’t Bitcoin transaction fees high? Wouldn’t that eat into my profit?

That’s correct...solid growth leads to solid gains. And you can use those gains at any time to jump in other alts...as well as hold the BTC of course.
The fee thing is a case by case scenario as to how it effects your investment. I keep a spreadsheet which shows my fee totals and considering my portfolio value it’s quite insignificant.
If u have a coin base account, take a look at GDax...no fees but a different way of purchasing. There will be YouTube clips showing how to go about it.

Perhaps that's pricing discrepancies in the exchanges themselves due to high demand and connectivity issues.

Or BigFooty whales pumping and dumping. Yeah probably this.

Yeah, when I woke up it was in the 0.90s on BTCMarkets. Needless to say, I got very hard.

Pretty sure I saw ETH break touch $1,000? But that very well could have been a dream

That's a logical error. It doesn't matter if you own a whole coin, 10 coins or half a coin.

Exactly, and even if one owns a whole bitcoin in total, it’s probably the sum of many different bitcoin fractions combined.

I don’t know how it works exactly but my understanding is that every coin has its own encryption key and so you could end up with pieces of different coins.
