Hey mate, apologies in advance for this novice question, but why can't you just leave your currency on the exchange? e.g BTC Markets??

I was lucky enough to already hold a position in TRON. Put roughly $1.8k in it. Not sure whether I’ll HODL or sell. It’s actually a good coin.

If the exchange is hacked, you could lose all your coins. Just google hacked crypto exchange and you'll see it's not even that rare. Most recent was this month, ether delta.

Has anyone got holdings of Neo? I finally got off my arse and created the Neo Wallet and discovered that you can claim gas. Its minuscule amounts but its better than a kick in the nuts.
If youre like me and plan on hodling Neo as a long term investment get it in a wallet ASAP. Gas is currently ranked 73rd on coinmarketcap and valued at almost $30.
Bittrex.Hey guys- I'm just using coinspot & hodling for now, but I want to try some day trading too. Anyone know an exchange with low fees, & sell/buy triggers?

Ok so Im setup on coinspot but they aren't taking deposits. Anyone have a recommendation on an alternative?
In terms of getting started I was thinking about buying chunks of all the tiny coins and sitting on them - Btyecoin, SiaCoin, Digibyte etc - I figure if one takes off then that covers me pretty well.

Yeah i think you can buy $500 worth of coin every 24 hrs if im reading correctly. Ill probably do what you'r considering also. Digibyte, Reddcoin, Ripple for me.
How long did the verification process take? Im now 8 days in without hearing anything![]()

Cheers, I suspected that would be the reason but wasn't sure.. Brings me to the next query, I've heard of people talking about harddrives & paper wallets??? I have no idea about these or how they work... If anyone out there is kind enough to shed some light on it?
Not true. There’s lots of different ways to hack. Only a few require a user to be logged in. Common attack types and ones that you’d need to be logged in for are XSS (cross site scripting) and CSRF (cross site request forgery). Both involve a victim being tricked into clicking links that run a malcious script or make unwanted REST calls. The result of these could be you unwillingly sending your coins to the hackers wallet. This is why you should log out when not using the site, and avoid ever following links you don’t trust - especially when logged in.Not sure how true but I read that you can only get hacked on an exchange if you're logged in to your exchange account.
I'm bit a worried as I've got an ETH's worth of IOTA stuck on Bitfinex.
